Under a Microscope!
Check in took about 15-20 minutes. The owner had to go over all the rules. Such as nothing is allowed to touch the grass! In case of a storm people with pets are to go to a special place because she is allergic to pets! Give me a break! We have stayed at many rv parks and campgrounds and never have we ever encountered anyone like this woman. One morning we walked our dog, he did his business and we picked up afer him. Since the only dumpster is nowhere near the dog walking area, we left our little bag near our tire and intended upon throwing it out on our next walk. We left the park for about an hour or so and when we returned we had a note taped to our door stating that we were not allowed to leave the bag on the ground. Perhaps if there was a can near the dog area we wouldn't have had to. Some friends stayed in the park also. They also had a confrontation with the woman owner. She knocked on their door saying there was too much water dripping from their camper. Our friend explained to her that it was condensation from the air conditioners. The owner did not accept that explanation and insisted it was probably their hot water tank. Our friend told her they didn't even have a hot water tank in their rv. Our friend thought she explained everything to the owner to her satisfaction. NOT!!! The owner called our friends husband on his cell to tell him about the "excessive water". Our friends also had to put a can of wasp spray under their hose cause the hose was touching the grass! I could go on and on. If you want to have a relaxing stay this is NOT the place to stay. It's unfortunate because it is a new park and everything is nice. But, like I said before, we never had an experience like this and neither had our friends. If the owner continues to act like a drill sargeant this rv park will be out of business soon. I have never wrote a review on a rv park before but felt the need to warn people about this one.
Buffalo Bob's RV Park
Excellent RV park. Dale & Sherry are excellent owners/host. Everything exceptional clean. Used the free laundry room one night and was very nice.
Showers very clean.... very enjoyable visit. Love the Lawton area, actually stayed a night longer in the area to visit. Would also recommend going to the wildlife refuge area too.
Great Park
Cute little southern couple operating, very nice and helpful. Nice, clean park. Felt safe. Love the rustic furniture. Lots of concrete, no trees to miss getting into site.Lots of amenities for the price. Will stay again.
